Clare leads the team at Connell Consulting and is well known within the private equity and corporate finance world for her extensive knowledge of health, social care and education. After graduating from Durham University, Clare has worked in strategy consulting for 17 years at the Strategy Practice of Accenture, OC&C Strategy Consultants and then 7 years as the most experienced Engagement Manager at Candesic. Since leaving Candesic in October 2012 to set up Connell Consulting, Clare and her team have worked on a large volume of substantial transactions, strategic reports and operational improvement projects in the health, social care and special education markets. Connell Consulting won HealthInvestor Consultancy of the Year 2016 and Clare is recognised as one of the 2017 & 2018 HealthInvestor Power 50, one of only five women selected.
Jaimie specialises in market positioning, competitor analysis and regulatory compliance. She has worked on all of our projects in the last 2 years. Jaimie joined Connell Consulting in January 2013 shortly after completing her MBA. She holds a BSc in Marketing and has studied business and management in Paris and London.
Charlotte’s particular areas of expertise are advising on market entry strategies, portfolio optimisation and the NHS commissioning landscape. She joined Connell Consulting in 2014 having previously worked within healthcare consulting for 2 years. She holds an MBiochem in Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.
Freddie joined Connell Consulting in 2017 with a strong interest in healthcare having graduated with a BSc in Physiological Science from the University of Bristol. He has worked in the contracts department of the Autovista Group, and the market launch team of Deliveroo.
Ryan joined Connell Consulting as a Research Analyst, having graduated with a BA (Hons) in History and Politics from the University of Warwick. Ryan has previously worked in Research and Marketing for the Anne Frank Trust and volunteers as a ChildLine and NSPCC counsellor.
George joined Connell Consulting in 2018 as a Research Analyst and is currently completing his Philosophy degree at University College London. He has worked on a number projects involving elderly care, as well as assisted and supported living for learning disabilities. George has previously worked with Deloitte.
Saiyna previously worked in event management and PR before joining Connell Consulting in 2018 as a Research Analyst. Saiyna regularly volunteers as a trainer to help the elderly develop their personal computing skills. She is also undertaking a BA (Hons) in Cordwainers Footwear at the London College of Fashion.
