Connell Consulting is delighted to have produced the vendor due diligence for Renovo Healthcare in relation to the sale of Victoria House, a residential service acquired by Priory.
The acquisition marks another step in Priory’s growth within mental health and adult social care, expanding its provision to include Victoria House in Farnborough, Hampshire.
Victoria House provides residential rehabilitation and neurological care for adults with long-term conditions and acquired brain injuries. The service offers medium to long-term placements for up to 22 residents, supporting individuals to maximise their independence and quality of life.
