The role

Graduates join Connell Consulting as Business Analysts, taking on a key role from day one. You’ll conduct research, analyse data, shape strategic insights, and help build client-ready reports — all with support from an experienced team.

Analysts are given real responsibility early on, with the chance to lead smaller projects alongside a Consultant. You’ll join client meetings, present your findings, and attend sector conferences and networking events to build your knowledge and profile.

Application criteria

We’re currently looking for a sharp, motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team of Consultants, Researchers, and Knowledge Management experts, playing a key role in delivering high-impact work across the business.

A strong academic record, including a degree from a world-class university
Self-starter mentality and a curiosity for solving business problems
Excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication skills (completely fluent written and spoken English)
Attention to detail and demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
Strong team working and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management with proven ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the health, social care and education sectors is desirable, but not required
Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
Experience of working with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good working knowledge of UK geography
Right to work in the UK

Full-time, permanent position
