The role
Graduates join Connell Consulting as Business Analysts, taking on a key role from day one. You’ll conduct research, analyse data, shape strategic insights, and help build client-ready reports — all with support from an experienced team.
Analysts are given real responsibility early on, with the chance to lead smaller projects alongside a Consultant. You’ll join client meetings, present your findings, and attend sector conferences and networking events to build your knowledge and profile.
Application criteria
We’re currently looking for a sharp, motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team of Consultants, Researchers, and Knowledge Management experts, playing a key role in delivering high-impact work across the business.
- A strong academic record, including a degree from a world-class university
- Self-starter mentality and a curiosity for solving business problems
- Excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication skills (completely fluent written and spoken English)
- Attention to detail and demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
- Strong team working and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management with proven ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the health, social care and education sectors is desirable, but not required
- Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
- Experience of working with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good working knowledge of UK geography
- Right to work in the UK
