Connell Consulting are delighted to have produced the vendor commercial due diligence report for Alchemy Partners on the sale of Orchard Healthcare Group to Voyage Care.
Orchard is a specialist care provider operating care homes across Central and Northern England, delivering residential, nursing, dementia and respite care, alongside its specialist Reconnect services for people with complex dementia and mental health needs.
Hayden Knight, Chief Executive of Orchard, described the acquisition as a “transformational step” for both organisations, highlighting the opportunity to combine complementary expertise and build on their shared commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
