Connell Consulting are pleased to have produced the vendor commercial due diligence on St Matthew’s Healthcare group.
CGEN Care Group has grown its portfolio with the acquisition of St Matthews Healthcare, which operates 10 sites including hospitals and care homes.
St Matthews Healthcare, which was founded by Sean Sidhu-Brar in 2003, supports patients in facilities in the midlands and East Sussex.
CGEN Care Group is a UK venture from directors Nathan Schreiber, Eli Goldman and Mayer Chersky, who are experienced in children’s care homes under the brand of Resicare Alliance.
