Lonsdale Capital Partners has acquired Future Care Solutions, a private-homecare business in Cambridge, as the first branch of its buy-and-build strategy, and established Senior Home Care Group (SHCG). As part of its value creation plan, the firm has already appointed Darren Kennedy and Kelly Fox as CEO and managing director of SHCG, respectively, who both have significant experience in the sector.
