This festive season, Connell Consulting was proud to partner with the children’s charity Spread a Smile, helping to pack and prepare 2,000 gift hampers for seriously ill children and their siblings across the UK.
Christmas is always an especially busy and emotionally challenging time for the families Spread a Smile supports. For many, it can be a period filled with uncertainty and difficulty, which is why the charity makes it their mission to spread smiles, share joy and bring a sense of excitement to those who may be struggling.
This year, Spread a Smile has reached more families than ever before through its festive initiatives, made possible thanks to the incredible support of volunteers, donors, corporate partners and organisations like Connell Consulting. Together, they helped ensure that thousands of children felt remembered and celebrated during the holiday season.
The scale of the operation was made possible by 560 volunteers, over six weeks to hand-pick thousands of gifts.
