The Women Achieving Greatness Awards returned on 2 December 2025 with more momentum than ever. A celebration of women who are redefining leadership, innovation and impact in social care.
One of the night’s standout themes was collaboration. Winners used their moments on stage to spotlight teams, mentors and networks that helped fuel their journeys. Congratulations to all winners, including Amanda Brooke, Lifeways’ Chief Transformation Officer, who won the Women in Tech Award.
